Westin Poinsett is one of the lovliest wedding venues in downtown Greenville, and it is no surprise as to why Amy and Dan chose it. Team Famzing started our day by getting all the details of Amy’s brilliant dress from White Magnolia.

We captured some very handsome photographs of Dan as he got ready for the big moment. He was feeling happy and could wait to get a look at Amy!

How They Met:

We met while working for Amazon! We were originally on the same department. Dan was a manager and I thought he was gorgeous but didn’t have the confidence to talk to him! I left and came back a few months later, and we got talking and had an instant connection! From there it has been an amazing whirl wind! we have moved to a new town, bought our first home together, and are now getting hitched!

The Proposal:

So I asked him! We had spoken about getting married a lot, and though we had only been together for 10 months, we both just knew! I had guessed that Dan might be planning to propose to me on our anniversary in February, but then I decided, why does he have to ask me? I have never felt so loved and cared for by someone outside of my family, and this man is the most beautiful soul I have met! so on New Years, just after midnight, I asked him! At first he thought I was playing, but I got down on one knee and asked him again and he said Yes!!

The big moment arrived, and we loved the look on Dan’s face when he saw Amy for the first time.

The Westin Poinsett wedding ceremony was as professional as it was heartwarming.

Our night continued with the DJ from Carolina Party Professionals introducing the new Mr & Mrs. He had everyone on the floor dancing the night away.

Holly Tree Country Club served the guests an excellent dinner, which paired well with the dessert from Couture Cakes.

Our night came to a close with photographing them leaving with a Sparkler Exit!
