Krista and Matt met at church in Jacksonville, North Carolina.

And when the big question was asked:

The first time Matt introduced himself to Krista, he ran out of church after her in the parking lot. So they were at church helping set up for baptism last summer (back in Jacksonville, NC. they were living here) and he asked her to go get something out of the car. As she was walking out to the car he ran out of the church after her just like he did that first time they met….As Krista looked at him, she saw all of their local friends coming out of the church after him as he dropped down on one knee and proposed.
