Here is their story:

Anna and Simon met freshman year of college (WVU) and became really good friends. During Sophomore year he summoned the courage to ask Anna out and they started dating.

And when the big question was asked:

Anna found the ring information the week before he proposed. She couldn’t hide the fact that she knew and she just had to tell him. As soon as he picked up the ring, he proposed.
