Thanks for checking out Janell and Jon’s Wedding Day at The Rock Quarry Garden and The L!!

Here is their story:

Janell and Jon met through mutual friends at Lake Keowee. Jon was enjoying a Sunday at the lake and one of Janell’s best friends was also at the lake. The “matchmaker” aka Shelby, asked Jon if he was single and was quick to call Janell. After some convincing to meet a pilot, Janell put off her errands and drove to the lake. Jon was wearing an Atlanta Falcons Shirt and backwards hat and Janell was wearing a Clemson Triathlon T-shirt. They spent the afternoon getting to know one another. Turns out Jon was participating in the upcoming Clemson Triathlon the following weekend as well. After the race, Jon asked Janell out for their first date.

And when the big question was asked:

With many adventures together the past 2.5 years and 1 year of long distance they were ready to take the next step! Janell was surprised on the timing and Jon caught her off guard! On Christmas morning, they went for a walk in Falls Park before heading over to Janell’s dad’s house for brunch. It was a quiet morning and they were able to enjoy some one-on-one time in the park. It was just the two of them where Jon proposed and her words were “Yes! Is this for real? My hands are shaking.” They were able to enjoy the rest of the day and week celebrating with family and friends!
