New to South Carolina from New York, Shannon was looking for a place to live. She saw a house on Facebook in the neighborhood of her parents, messaged the owner to see if she could come see it. She then walks down to see the house with her dad. As Shannon’s dad asked all the questions, Shannon’s first question was “you know Renee from Skeeter Creek”. Noah is also from Saratoga,  New York and we have mutual friends in common.  Noah ended up selling Shannon the house and well the rest was history
