Thanks for checking out Chelsea and Kevin's Wedding Day at Grace United Methodist Church and reception at Occasions at Wedgefield!!
Here is their story:
When Kevin was 9 years old, he and his family moved down from Gasport, New York to South Carolina. Fast forward a few years to middle school, and we met for the first time in middle school. From there, we stayed friends through middle and high school. After high school, I went to Limestone College to play softball and volleyball, and Kevin enlisted in the Coast Guard. After college, I went on to medical school and Kevin started school and began working. I then got accepted into the Internal Medicine Residency program in Corpus Christi, Texas. Knowing that I would soon move away from home, I was able to finished the last 4 months of medical school working at hospitals near my home. This is when we began to see one another more frequently and began dating. On Cinco de Mayo of 2016 we decided to make it official. In June of 2016, I moved down to Corpus Christi, Texas and 6 months later Kevin followed. On September 17th, 2017 in front of Kevin's parents, Tina and Kevin, and my parents, Cheri and Charlie, my brothers, Chas and Chet, and my sister-in-law and niece, Larz and EJ, along with 80,000 thousand Buffalo Bills and Carolina Panthers fans, Kevin asked me to be his wife!
And when the big questions was asked:
Kevin and I go to a Buffalo Bills game every year since we've been dating. Last year they happened to play the Carolina Panthers so Kevin and I flew to Charlotte to see them. We had not seen our families for several months so we asked if they'd like to meet us there for the game (or so I thought it was just for the game). Two minutes before halftime, my sister-in-law pointed out that there were different messages on the scrolling jumbo-tron so as we were watching them one came across that said, "Chelsea will you marry me? Love Kevin" and it took me a solid 5 seconds to process what I had just read and then I just started freaking out! It was a really wonderful moment around all of our family.
Thank you to all the incredible vendors that made this day the perfect one it was:
