Reiney and Devante were the Maid of Honor and the Best Man in their mutual friends wedding. After the wedding, they kept in contact and once Reiney graduated college and moved back home, they started spending more time together. Covid is what really made them closer.

Devante’s Aunt hosted a Halloween party and Reiney and Devante went as Cinderella and Prince Charming. Devante was very persistent that she be Cinderella and so Reiney kind of had a clue of what was going on but he tried to throw her off a little. When they showed up to the party, the first part was the proposal. He surprised Reiney with having some of the most important people that are in their life.
