Strange how we were going to the same church every week and never met until this night, at our monthly worship service. On September 5, 2018, I was walking into church and suddenly a friend swung me around, quickly introduced us and took off to carry on conversations with others. That left us standing there looking at each other wondering where to go from there. I told him “Norwood” was a pretty strong name (not knowing that one day it would be mine). We went on to discover we both had been involved in Miracle Hill Ministries. Relationships take time. Even though we were ready to get married a few months after we met, we realized we needed time to learn more about each other, discuss our differences, share with each other and put our relationship with God and each other first! Faith, forgiveness, a strong love, commitment and determination got us where we are now. Little did I know when we met, that exactly 2 years later would be our wedding day and I would take that strong name I loved and make it my own. I cannot tell you how excited I am to marry this man and be Mrs. Norwood. He makes me so very happy and beyond all doubt, he is absolutely the best thing that ever happened to me
