Yes, the truth is we are yankees that migrated here to the south, but that does not mean we like the cold any better! We chose early morning because the light is always so much better. But that comes with the cost of doing early morning pictures in November...freezing cold!

Kia & Anthony were great sports though. We powered through the whipping winds and frigid temps to give them some fantastic Engagement Photography!

The FamZing Photography & Video team of Summer & Stephen were on site to take a cold situation and warm it up, with creative natural and man made light! We also found some really cool ideal spots around the Peace Center located in downtown Greenville!

If your partner complains that you snore during your sleep, or if you wake up in the morning feeling tired and grouchy, you may have a common sleep disorder called sleep apnea. Try your best to maintain a regular sleeping schedule. When your body gets into a customary sleeping cycle, you will find yourself getting a better night's sleep, and you will also be more relaxed. Several studies have shown that apnea episodes decrease when a person is not sleep deprived or stressed out.

Do not let sleep apnea ruin your relationship. If your partner has difficulties sleeping next to you because of your snoring or other symptoms linked to sleep apnea, communicate about the problem. be understanding and consider sleeping apart or getting a CPAP machine to reduce your snoring and other symptoms.

You can reduce sleep apnea with exercises to strengthen throat muscles. Sleep apnea is often caused by the tissues in the throat, which can relax and collapse while you sleep. When your muscles strengthen, their chances of collapse and airway blockage go down.

If simple changes in your lifestyle, such as regular sleep hours and losing weight, have not eliminated your sleep apnea episodes, it is time to consult with a sleep specialist. The specific causes of your sleep apnea can be evaluated, and an individual treatment plan can be designed for you.
